We had a great experience!

We had a small problem with a few roaches in master bedroom and downstairs bathroom. Other then that, the house was great

House was clean and it was equipped with all the essentials. House was centrally located to all the attractions and on a quiet street.

Overall, location was great. The view on the deck, beautiful would be perfect if they would update everything was just so cheap from the beds to the appliances in the kitchen. Nothing to work withThe beds were a nightmare. Washer and dryer was in the basement. I think it was 20 steps down to it. Basement smelled moldy.

I rented this place for a family wedding. The main thing I was looking for was a bedroom on the main floor for my Mom. This house doesn't disappoint on that matter. With my mom having a hard time trying to get in and out of a bathtub off the master suit was a bit odd. The kitchen is a bit small but had everything we really needed for a couple of days . However, when I had asked if there was anything I needed to bring like seasonings including salt and pepper, etc. I was told only if the people before us had left it. In all the rentals that we have rented over the years worldwide, I NEVER had a place like this that cleaned out everything. We got in after 9:00 p.m., made my Mom comfortable and had to go out grocery shopping. If you are arriving please note that you will have to bring everything, including a scrub pad to clean the dishes that were left there from the previous people because the dishes were not cleaned when we arrived. The knives in the knife block are so dull that you can't even use them including the scissors that didn't cut. PLEASE, replace them. The deck on the main level had beautiful views. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms downstairs. It was rather musty down there and could really use a dehumidifier. This place needs a deep cleaning and the furniture throughout needs to be updated.
