Broken Spoke is a great cabin with an awesome View

Great view of the mountains!! Cabin was very clean! No dust, no cobwebs and hats off to the cleaning crew!! Beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was no deck on the main entry level but I would not let that keep me from booking this cabin again. We had a great getaway!!

This cabin is everything and more. The pictures don't do justice on how amazing this view is! We had the most wonderful experience at Broken Spoke and would HIGHLY recommend. Host was very attentive, cabin was very clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It felt like home away from home, thank you! I enjoyed reading the welcome binder provided with suggestions for activities. Our girls loved the resort pool area, while our son was excited about the fitness facility. Also, they were so ecstatic when they heard the ice cream driving past one day!! When we returned at night, they loved playing pool and air hockey to relax and unwind. Every morning we sat on the balcony drinking coffee just soaking in the sheer beauty of the Smokey Mountains. We were even lucky enough to have a bear friend join us for coffee our last morning. Just casually walked below the deck, sat, checked us out for a bit and went on his way. This cabin is close to neighboring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but secluded enough that we didn’t feel like we were in the tourist area. One week was not nearly enough time to fit in all there is to do and see!! Thank you for providing our first experience of TN and we can’t wait to return / potentially move here one day!!

Enjoyed Mothers Day weekend getaway. Easy to find the cabin. Communication with host was outstanding. Huge jacuzzi tub in downstairs master. Amazing views. Will def book this cabin again.

This cabin is not worth the money whatsoever. The hot tub did not work for 3 days and took a day to finally get a tech out to fix it, they had us trying to work on it and even asked us to pull the power from the breaker which when we did sparked electricity (realized after how dangerous that was). Also we all got a bacterial infection from the hot tub which means they are not keeping the chemicals at the right level, absolutely disgusting with a rash all over our torsos and itching like crazy. Also there was black mold all along the shower door. This cabin is way over rated and disgusting. Also foul smell from septic tank was present every day and night in the downstairs hangout room and going up and down the stairs. Just gross and absolutely not worth the money. Would not ever stay here again and do not recommend.
